Fabulous townhouse is centrally located to all Lake Tahoe has to offer and was completely redecorated in the fall of 2009 with brand new furniture, beds, appliances, paint, carpet, bedding and linens.
The property is set up for family vacations, two couples, or a small gathering of friends.
The full size kitchen has all new appliances and everything you need to prepare an intimate dinner for two or family meals. The beautiful dining area comfortably seats six.
The outdoor deck overlooks the beach and is fully equiped for outside dining with gas barbeque and table for six.
The main floor living area offers two large sofa's and a stunning gas fireplace. A large TV with cable and a DVD player is available to watch the big game or a movie. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor.
Upstairs you will find the two large bedrooms, a full size bath and laundry area.
